Security Cleared Business Analyst

Our customer has a high priority challenge to develop a key business capability consisting of several major work streams, each with a set of projects to deliver a blend of technology and business processes.

A Business Analyst is required who will have a primary area of focus requiring Business Analysis work and may be asked to deliver across a number of smaller projects. The Business Analyst must be capable of delivering in a high-pressure, dynamic environment and understand modern technologies, systems and processes. Sound judgement, vision, flexibility and great communication are essential along with interpersonal, influencing, analytical and leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Requirements capture and definition
Process analysis, definition and implementation
Managing effective communications with the BA team lead and project stakeholders (including progress, priorities and status)
Alignment with Technical Architects on most appropriate solutions, taking into account cost, benefit, timescales and constraints of the environment in which the portfolio operates
Proactive risk and issue management
Flexible and result driven approach to planning

In order to undertake this role, the successful candidate will need to have:
Two years business analysis experience in complex programmes
Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
Current DV clearance
Experience of working within an agile development methodology
ISEB BA and/or SA diploma
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent knowledge of product lifecycle, tools and processes
