The position for Sales Advisor in North West London is no longer available
Resourcing Group are working with Genesis Housing Association to fill a key role within their property sales team. This is a full-time role working five out of seven days per week on a rota basis including weekends. You will be a part of the Genesis Homes sales team, responsible for accompanied property viewings, dealing with customer enquiries to ensure that properties are sold as efficiently as possible.
As one of ten Sales Advisors you will be responsible for proactively managing the sales process, including both intermediate and private tenures. Excellent customer focus is non-negotiable, with the other core competencies for this role to include: Planning and organising your own workload to ensure maximum results. Ability and confidence to build relationships at all levels of Genesis. Attention to detail needs to combine with strategic awareness and a big picture view. With a considerable development program spanning the coming years an experienced and proactive sales professional is needed to help ensure that sales objectives are met in line with Genesis' strategy.
