Neighbourhood Management Officer

A Housing Association based in North London is seeking to recruit an experienced Housing Officer for an ongoing temporary assignment.

The role is that if a Generic Housing Officer and your main duties will be to ensure that a first-class customer focused service is delivered to all tenants within your allocated area. You will be responsible for all aspects of housing and tenancy management including sign ups, estate inspections, effective void monitoring, rent monitoring, ASB management and resident involvement.
