Quality Assurance Manager
The ideal candidate will:
*Lead and develop the Technical Services team and its constituent parts within the project, to successfully achieve project, team and individual goals and objectives relating to the standardisation of technical and quality control practices and procedures throughout the company.
*Manage the processes and education of client requirements to the project team to ensure compliance.
*Undertake audits in relation to supplier / sub-contractor and our requirements.
*Manage audits undertaken from a third party.
*Manage key documentation in relation to the project ie quality plan, inspection and test plans with assistance from the team.
*To coach or mentor the project team in relation to quality matters.
*Manage the document control function.
*Maintain a level of competence within Technical Services team to provide specific specialist commissioning activities eg high voltage.
*Develop the company's Quality Control strategy in line with best practice, and communicate this effectively throughout the business.
*Identify the project's technical training needs and make recommendations on training requirements to the Management Training Centre.
*Design and deliver quality technical training courses and coaching which are relevant to the project's scope of work.
*Maintain the project & company's technical registrations and advise relevant personnel of the enrolment and membership requirements.
*Ensure that the project's QC documentation is maintained and updated to a level appropriate to its needs, and that company members know where to access relevant information.
*Maintain highest levels of confidentiality in all aspects of employment.
*To ensure FATS/SATS are carried out in accordance with contract requirements.
*To oversee the Orbit and Meridien function and the services within.
*To assist with Health, Safety and Environmental where applicable.
