Sandycroft Nr Chester
Paying Up to £16,000 per Annum plus bonuses.
Hours of work are between 9am-9pm Mon-Fri on a rota basis, and Sat-Sun 9am-5pm.
My client have been established since 1993, and are enjoying phenomenal growth. They now have an exciting opportunity for Airfares Reservations Consultants to join them and share in their progression and success.
As an Airfares Reservations Consultant you will be working in a lively vibrant call centre, you will be speaking to both Travel Agents and direct to customers booking published and consolidated flights. For the direct customers, you will also be responsible for assessing the customer's needs and checking airline contracts to ensure you are providing the best possible fare in an efficient and professional manner.
Your excellent communication skills and industry experience will enable you to deliver the knowledgeable and friendly service that we are renowned for. To be considered for this role you will have
•Previous reservations experience from within a Travel Agents or a similar environment.
•Previous knowledge of CRS and IATA booking procedures.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•A professional phone manner.
•Data Entry skills/Computer literate.
