Up to £16,000per annum + bonuses
My client have been established since 1993, and are enjoying phenomenal growth. They now have an exciting opportunity for experienced Reservations Consultants to come on board and share in their success.
Working as a Reservations consultant within the reservations department, you will be liaising directly with customers over the telephone and searching for competitive quotes using Viewdata. Your strong rapport building skills will enable you to build a relationship with the customer, ensuring the call results in a booking. You will also be responsible for following up on leads that have previously been generated, converting the enquiries in to bookings using your travel knowledge and sales skills.
To be considered for this role you will:
•Be target driven
•Have the ability to work well under pressure.
•Have a background in travel which will result in you having a good level of destination knowledge.
•Have an efficient and professional approach.
•Have experience of using Viewdata and for our Worldwide/Far East Reservations team, CRS experience is needed.
The shift patterns within our Reservations team are on a rota basis working 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day every week
WeekdayEarly 9.30am – 8.30pm
Mid 9.30am – 9.00pm
Late 10.00am – 9.30pm
WeekendSat 9.00am – 5.30pm
Sun 10.00am – 6.00pm
