Description Our Client part of a large Restaurant Chain is at an exciting time of their development and are due to be opening a new restaurant soon, located in the Wilmslow area.

They are offering an excellent opportunity for a strong, dedicated and talented Chef de Partie to join their team of chefs in this new venture. You will have acquired skills on all sections of the kitchen and be passionate about cooking.

You will already be working in a similar large volume role and within a similar family sized kitchen. Posses excellent all round skills, knowledge and the passion to produce high quality food together with the wisdom to pass on your skills to others.

As Chef de Partie of this large operation, the opportunities for career development are endless. Assisting a brigade of 10 Chefs in all aspects of the successful running of this busy kitchens on a day to day basis, all applicants need to be experienced at cooking to large volume within a similar quality establishment. Italian cooking skills highly desired but not essential.

You will have a good career history working to a high standard , should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, passionate. remain calm under pressure and have a passion for producing high quality cuisine. Qualified to 706 ½ or NVQ equivalent is desired but experience is deemed vital. .

Working 40/45 hours a week Monday to Sunday 5 out of 7 days on a rotating basis working both split & straight shifts.


Candidates must possess own mode of transport due to the location of this new Restuarant.
