Description		Principal Process Engineer Location North West - Warrington Job Reference C844 Salary Band �35000 to �45000 About Us Our Cliantis active in all sectors of property development; these include retail, housing, commercial, industrial, health and education and leisure. A large element of our work also relates to development input into buildings which support transport infrastructure which include airport terminals and railway stations. We are one of the key consultants involved in delivering the UK Government's housing renewal programme, as well as work on major regeneration and urban renewal projects, and new housing areas. About the Role We're looking for a Principal Process Engineer who will work on the multi-billion pound waste management and decommissioning programme for the UK nuclear industry. You'll be expected to provide key support to the Head of Department in the following areas:- engineering management of process engineering design projects; business development/marketing strategy and input to business planning; bid/proposal preparation; site liaison (inc. occasional site visits); project management; mentoring and development of junior engineers and monitoring discipline performance. You will develop cost effective design and assurance processes for the discipline. You will lead a growing process engineering team, with the aim of building on our existing client base to meet our challenging business targets. About You You will be a Chartered Chemical/Process Engineer (IChemE) with plenty of experience in a regulated industry. We're looking for a pro-active, self-starter with good communication, leadership, analytical and team working skills. Experience of face-to-face negotiations with customers is essential. Previous nuclear experience preferred but not essential. Ideally the role will be based in our Warrington office, but other locations will be considered if the candidate can demonstrate a viable business plan and contact list for an alternative location adjacent to an accessible market.
