Description		We are currently looking to recruit an E2E Tutor working for a Leading Training Provider within Northumberland Our client has been trading for over 5 years and is a leading Training Provider in supporting young people and adults to gain vocational, educational and also employment skills. We have an immediate requirement for an E2E Tutor to join an existing team of 4 additional Tutors. E2E offers a flexible and personalised training programme, which offers an introduction into employment, apprenticeships and further education. We have vacancies in Newcastle. Salary and Benefits Salary from £19500-£21500 25 days holiday+bank holidays Mon-Friday 0830-16.30 Support and Guidance towards Qualification Immediate Start available Experience and Qualification Required Previous Experience of supporting learners through E2E Programme Experience of Skills for Life Tutoring desirable PGCE/Cert Ed, desirable, however our client will support futher study IAG Qualification desirable Learner focused with accurate Administration and Effective Communication Skills Role Overview To support young people + adult learners through the E2E Programme, to include Literacy and Numeracy, Cv Writing, Interview Skills, Work Search and Personal and Social Skills Classroom based Learning Reviewing learner case loads General Support, Mentoring and Learner Management
