Description		PLEASE NOTE HOURS FOR THIS ROLE = 15 - 35 HOURS PER WEEK. OVER 7 DAYS PER WEEK 24 HOURS A DAY Working in the heart of Wellingborough for a very successful company, you will offer customer support to customers wanting to place orders. You will monitor the transportation of goods ensuring that all requirements are delivered on time and in good order. Should there be delays, you will inform the customer of this and follow the necessary steps. Using an in house system and SAP - you will be confident with computers. You will have an excellent telephone manner (clear and professional at all times) This role involves a high level of data entry - testing will be required (data entry and attention to detail) This role is looking for a number of new team members Hours are 16hrs - 35hrs per week working over 24hrs 7 days a week - please specify your availability and flexibility when sending your CV application 22 days annual leave Bank holidays Excellent additional benefits.
