Description		Job Purpose To ensure that all subcontracted calls are completed Key Responsibilities Liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate updates for subcontracted and ad hoc calls Keep the call logging system and the Customer Teams up to date with the information obtained To ensure the relevant call centre/out of hours personnel are aware of all subcontracts Proactively manage calls through to completion highlighting any potential risks prior to customer escalation to the Subcontracts Team Leader To control and record ad-hoc subcontracts and raise purchase orders for ad hoc calls when required Update subcontract records on a daily basis Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications Call centre experience Product awareness and technical appreciation Support based environment Excel (Intermediate Level) Skills PC literate Organised and thorough Interpretation of data & actions Problem solving Multilingual Behaviour/Attitude Team player Committed, positive and determined to make a difference Co-operative/flexible Attention to detail Pro active Can work under pressure Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
