About the role
Challenging, fast-paced, far reaching – this role requires a cool head, confident leadership and operational savvy. As the all important operations link between our European Head Office and our European stores (all 950 of them – and counting), you’ll take responsibility for ensuring all store operations processes and new initiatives are planned, developed and delivered in the most effective, efficient way. Providing a crucial service to all our European zones, you will inspire confidence in all around you. You’ll work closely with key colleagues across Europe to ensure that we consistently meet our pan-European operational objectives on time and to budget. In short, you’ll provide a seamless service to our stores, so that they can concentrate on what they do best: delighting customers and driving sales.
About you
With considerable experience gained in a store support, operations or area/district management role (ideally in a fashion multi-site environment), you’ll be unflappable – used to tight deadlines and challenging remits. Always focused on customer experience, you’ll be brimming with ideas of how we can improve our operational processes and systems, and will relish this chance to put them into practice. Fluency in one or more European languages would be an advantage.
