European Rent and Lease Coordinator
Acting as the link between Finance and Property, the European Rent and Lease Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the ‘Rent Schedule’ for every country across Europe and for providing support to the European Property team with new store proforma analysis, exisiting focus store analysis and general financial data as required.
Other key areas of responsibility include;
-Carrying out Financial Analysis to assist the Real Estate Managers to take appropriate measures with regard to the Store portfolios.
-Liaising with Real Estate Managers across Europe to ensure awareness of when rent payments are due.
-Communicating with Landlords, Finance/AP Departments with regards to changes to rent.
-Focusing on occupancy cost savings in all countries to ensure savings are recovered.
-Ensuring any changes to costs are budgeted accordingly.
-Preparing reports for the Real Estate Committee and US as required.
-Dealing with queries from internal colleagues and external suppliers.
-Focusing on rent indexation and rent reviews to ensure all are reported correctly.
With demonstrable experience of working in a financial role coordinating payments and analysing data you’ll possess the ability to work both on your own initiative and work to tight deadlines. A confident communicator; able to establish successful business relationships you’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), be highly numerate (educated to GCSE maths A-C or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of European geography.
