About the role

Knowing what our customers want even before they do, you live, breathe and sleep the latest on-trend products. Drawing from substantial and significant fashion buying experience, you’ll take whichever category you work on to a whole new level of profitability – across our 950-strong European store portfolio. Ready to hit the ground running, you’ll be an inspirational leader to your team as you travel extensively across the Far East, Europe and Chicago, sourcing and acquiring products our target customers will love.

About you

With demonstrable experience in a buying role, you’ll have made a remarkable and lasting impression within fast moving fashion environments, having led successful teams, driven sales and increased profits. But, just as importantly, you’ll bring a whole new world of creative thinking and innovative ideas. Strategically gifted and always ready for a challenge, you’ll be able to call upon strong commercial and financial acumen (including experience of managing departmental budgets). In an ideal world, you’ll have accessories experience, but this isn’t essential - as a fashion industry hard-hitter, you pick up product knowledge quickly. And, along with truly incredible market insight, you won’t just talk a good game, but will make things happen for Claire’s – on a truly pan-European scale.
