We are looking for Qualified Social Workers' with the Child Protection, Referral & Assessment, Children in Need or Looked After Children experience for our key client based in Wokingham. You will be providing essential social care services to children and their families as well as working as part of a vibrant friendly team. Duties
In your role as a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for

* Assessing individual needs and formulate plans for intervention and service provision for children and their families.
* Demonstrating effective negotiation and communication skills across the range of multi-agencies within the family court arena.
* Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at risk of 'significant harm'.
