My client is currently looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) for a large sized dual registered nursing home / care home in Wisbech. This home provides nursing & social care for frail elderly and mentally infirm. The home has an excellent reputation and is part of a leading healthcare provider so the potential for career development is excellent for the right candidate.

As part of a team your role will include:

36 - 48 hours/week.
Care planning
Administration of medication
Liaison with medical professionals, relatives and higher authorities
Monitoring the well being of the clients
Providing the highest standard of practices within the home
Specialist dementia care


The Candidate:

Must be a qualified RMN
Have a valid NMC Pin Number
Complete satisfactory POVA and CRB checks
Minimum of 6 months dementia nursing experience
Understanding the NMC code of conduct
Must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Exceptional communication skills as the ability to build strong relationships with both patients and colleagues is essential
Ability to handle difficult situations
Highly professional approach to your work
Naturally caring nature

Salary: £22,500 - £30,000 annum and £16/hour at weekends
