Description

Working in the performance Department of our client, you will be working a 3-shift system. 0624-1348,1000-1724 & 1340-2104. Some weekend shifts are possible.
Duties include:

- To ensure the correct attribution of train running delay information relating to Client train services.
- Undertake a comprehensive check of all TRUST DA incidents attributed to the Client, including:
- Ensure the root cause of the incident is correctly described and coded
- Ensure the title bar correctly describes the incident
- Ensure all information fields within an incident are correct and displaying all information (i.e. Unit numbers, responsible train, location).
- Ensure “reactionary” trains are correctly allocated.
- Dispute incorrect attribution in a timely manner.
- Obtain reports to explain why an incident has occurred


The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven track record & proficiency in Delay Attribution & TRUST or in a train timings & planning/performance field. Our client offers a generous benefits package, including pension scheme & free staff travel
