We are recruiting for a polished and credible Senior Trading Manager to head the Trading Team for this highly corporate, expanding travel business based in Southampton.

The role will be extremely varied and will primarily involve planning and setting budgets and forecasts for each Group brand, and driving budgetary achievement through a sales team, ensuring that all products are taken to market as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Your teams will manage relationships between the business and its nominated agents and you will provide a constant interface between Revenue Departments, utilising offers and agent discounts where appripriate to maximise product uptake and yields.

You will be a first class people manager and will have a natural analytical ability. You will spend time producing reports to understand your business and will present these findings to the Senior Management team and the board.

In order to apply you should have a proven Trading background, preferably within the travel or retail sectors. You should also be able to demonstrate Management Information analytical skills, and an ability to embrace and manage change across your teams.
