Helpdesk Analyst / Customer Service
This is a position where your customer service, technical expertise and your speedy turn around on problems will be appreciated by this busy company.
Your job will be to research, resolve and respond to queries. You will deal with people telephonically and via emails.
Record all information and maintain a professional manner at all times.
You will need experience in service centre technology and process.
Your love to sort out problems and the ability to understand how important it is to meet targets.
This is a shift role - 4 day rota - 4on / 4off. 6am to 6pm Spring Personnel Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
