Dutch Speaking Travel Reservations Consultants!!! Is it your dream to break into travel? Or do you want to step into a fantastic new role within the travel industry, using your language skills? This leading airline is looking for an Italian Speaking Travel Reservations Consultant to join their busy travel team, in Wilmslow, South Manchester.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Dutch speaking Travel Reservations Consultant, you will offer the highest level of customer service to Dutch & English clients, whilst looking after their travel requirements. You will be taking inbound calls, dealing with customer enquiries, up selling additional products as well as making changes to travel itineraries. You will work 37.5 hours per week throughout the opening of the call centre, which are Monday to Sunday from 07.30 - 20.30 (8 hours per shift) to include 1 weekend per month.

EXPERIENCE:
In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally have previous customer service and call centre experience, as well as being fluent in Dutch. You will have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as possessing strong relationship building skills. We also welcome applications from Spanish, French, Czech, Italian, German and Danish Speakers.

PACKAGE:
A basic salary of up to £16,000 per annum, including language, meal and shift allowances. As well as an excellent starting salary, you will also be entitled to fantastic company benefits, such as 22 days annual leave rising by 1 each year, concessional travel and pension scheme.
