Graduate Sales Person

Graduate Sales Person required to join a new Residential and Social care team within White Recruitment in Fratton, Portsmouth.
Applications for the Graduate Sales Person vacancy are particularly sought from candidates with B2B or B2C sales experience in a target orientated business .
The Role:
We have a Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancy in our Brand new Residential and Social Care Division.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will receive on the job training from day one.
This is a telephone and email based sales and customer service role
It will involve calling candidates to interview them
Calling companies to tele-market relevant candidates to them (this is not high pressure sales and considered targeted telemarketing rather than cold calling)
Advertising vacancies online
Searching job websites for candidates to match vacancies
Account management of clients & vacancies
Casual dress code and relaxed office environment
Hours 0830 - 1730, Monday to Friday but working slightly earlier and later are the norm

Essential requirements:
You must live in Portsmouth, Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville, Cosham to apply for this role
Have a good educational background to at GCSE grade C English & Maths
Be a natural communicator with an inquisitive nature and not afraid to work outside their comfort zone.
Possible backgrounds include: estate agent, banking, telecoms, mobile phones, recruitment, insurance, telesales.

Package: negotiable starting salary up to £18K, realistic OTE of £25K in first year
