Product Manager - West London/Surrey

Are you an experienced Product Executive/Manager with hands on experience looking for a new challenge? An Excellent opportunity has arisen based in West London/Surrey area working for leading tour operator. Working in the Product division you will show good attention to detail and have experience in contracts and building supplier relationships. You will be hard working with a strong enthusiasm for success. Experience of Worldwide destinations would be desirable.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Product Manager will be responsible for the development and the growth of the product within the company. Working along side the Sales and Marketing departments you will provide full support and work together sharing innovative ideas to drive the product forward being commercially aware at all times. Examples of the duties undertaken by the Product Manager are below:

*Development, implementation and delivery of the Product teams business plan to ensure all sales revenue and income targets are achieved.
*Sales planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
*Margin management and pricing of multiple channels and destinations
*Competitive monitoring and reporting, identifying where we sit in the market and taking action
*Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and profits
*Coordination with buying and marketing and other commercial teams to ensure we buy at best rates and market effectively to drive volume and margin
*Support the education of consultants to ensure that they are trained in the effective sales of products

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate should have relevant product experience, preferably managerial experience, strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, good IT skills and the ability to maintain client relationships.
