Human Factors Engineer

To provide Human Factors support to Tube Lines projects as required, to the satisfaction of the Functional Manager. Projects may include software ergonomics and usability testing; workload analysis; workstation and workplace design (station and signalling control rooms, train cabs); HRA and incident investigation support

The ideal candidate will have worked in the application of a wide range of human factors areas (staffing and workload analysis; ergonomic workstation/workplace design and assessment; HRA and incident investigation/safety case support; software ergonomics & usability testing, applied in safety critical industry (rail desirable)
