Director (Marketing/ Digital)
Our successful client based in Putney is looking to recruit a Client Account Manager/ Director (Digital marketing) to replace an existing member of their strong team who is relocating. The salary will depend on the level of experience. The role will involve managing predominately day-to-day client relationships with large high worth organisations. They will be first point of contact for client enquiries/requests on specific projects. To manage associated budgets, draft and enforce delivery schedules and produce support documentation.
Represent the organisation as a highly professional, specialist, service led marketing agency.
Be personally accountable for successful implementation of campaigns and be seen as the lead development point of contact for the clients
Support the Client Service Director by effectively managing own projects and liaising regularly with other team members to ensure non-duplication of workloads
Ensure that client's needs are catered for, be a brand guardian for the clients and be a first point of contact
Manage own projects with a high degree of professionalism, keeping accurate records and report to CSD/Director regularly on status
Ensure that CSD/Director is informed about all important project milestones
Provide effective pair of eye's for proofing purposes and ensure that all own projects are counter proofed by another member of the team, prior to supply to client/printer
Uphold existing client relationships, cement new relationships where possible and seek to extend client contacts within other areas of the business
Work with CSD/Director and other team members to ensure optimal distribution of workloads
Deputise for CSD/Director in his/her absence
At least 3 year's experience ideally with a reputable integrated agency dealing with blue chip clients
Solid experience of both print and digital projects with a sound understanding of
Processes. At least 2 years digital experience is essential
Good creative eye with the ability to translate a client’s brief effectively and direct/work closely with the designers and digital team
Ideally have experience of channel marketing/sales based agency environment
Digital is a must for this position – web, mobile, email and social marketing
