The Remarc Group is acknowledged as one of the UK's premier providers of corporate IT and business training solutions and support services. Due to our major expansion plans we now require an experienced ‘Sales and Marketing Training Consultant' to join us in our Leeds city centre based office.

ROLE:

Delivering all aspects of Remarc's portfolio of bespoke Sales & Marketing training solutions (including ISMM qualifications) in order to aid individual business growth and career development of Sales/Account Executives at all levels across sales organisations

Designing and developing the sales and marketing training programmes in order to help meet business needs and aid the growth of sales organisations

Providing individual coaching and sales techniques to client Sales Managers / Team Leaders.

Working with ISMM to comply with all accredited training centre requirements, relating to delivery, assessment and review

Building training networks and systems in the fulfilment of effective delivery

REQUIREMENTS

ISMM Qualifications (Mandatory).
Certificate in Training practice.
Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (desired)
Experience in classroom delivery of training courses
4 years in a Sales training or 4 years within a Sales role at Management level.
Good Presentation and Negotiation skills.
