With a large number of branches across the UK, they are still expanding with exciting plans for the future and require excellent Consultants to join the Organisation at this exciting stage� THE ROLE As a Consultant, you will build on the existing business in the Branch, dealing with the whole sales, servicing, recruiting and administration functions within the recruitment industry processes. You will be ambitious, self motivated and confident in delivering a high standard of service to both Clients and Candidates. The role will involve telesales, face-to-face sales and delivering a quality service to clients. You will be a key player in this and have a real chance to shine and stand out above the rest!!!! THE IDEAL CANDIDATE � Excellent track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant � ideally 18 months experience � Have an ability to build relationships with candidates and clients � Ability to hit the ground running, and relish the challenge of building up a desk and making it your own. � Not be afraid of picking up the phone to win new business � Smart and professional with an excellent and confident telephone manner � Must have worked in a Recruitment Agency environment If, after submitting your CV, you have not heard from us within 4 working days then unfortunately we are unable to consider you for this position.
