The business is privately owned with 3 very experience Directors who are �hands on� in the business. THE ROLE Our Client now seeks to recruit a successful Recruitment Consultant to replace the existing Consultant who has recently been promoted to open new office. You will be working alongside 2 other Commercial Consultants. Our Client supplies Commercial staff across a very large region enabling each consultant to rapidly grow their desk. You will maximise revenues from existing Clients as well as for identifying new business from utilising your proactive sales ability. This branch is very successful with high volumes of repeat business. This exciting and very rewarding role comes with full responsibility for sales, Candidate recruitment and Client service delivery. It will be your responsibility to build and maintain relationships with both Candidate and Clients. IDEAL CANDIDATE �Able to work within a team as well as autonomously �Dynamic, imaginative and have lots of energy �Target driven and passionate to succeed within recruitment �Well organised and have a confident & professional working attitude �Have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience preferably in the Commercial/Industrial Recruitment.
