THE CLIENT
Part of a large company, they are a specialist recruitment Company who have a strong presence in Ireland and now also in the UK. They are a rapidly developing Company who believe their biggest asset is their staff. They deal predominantly in the Commercial and Legal sectors, and place executive temporary and permanent staff.
THE ROLE
A very established Branch with an excellent reputation in the Marketplace, and an excellent, friendly, team.
As a Branch Manager, you will build the Commercial business, leading your team through the whole sales, servicing, recruiting and administration functions within the recruitment industry processes. You will be ambitious, self motivated and confident in delivering a high standard of service to both Clients and Candidates. The role will involve telesales, face-to-face sales and delivering a quality service to clients. You will be a key player in this and have a real chance to shine and stand out above the rest!!!!
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Ideally a Branch Manager at present, within the Commercial sector
• Candidates with a stable history as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, with experience of managing a team of consultants will also be considered
• Experience in Commercial recruitment would be preferred, although other sector backgrounds will be considered
• Be confident, outgoing, and an excellent communicator
• Commercially minded and entrepreneurial
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and fast paced
• Team player, and able to motivate, train and develop your consultants
• Have experience and be confident in dealing with people both face to face and over the telephone
• Hold a full current UK driving license
