Description An opportunity has arisen with a leading mobile network provider for a Retail HR Consultant in the North West of the UK.



We are looking for someone with working knowledge of generalist HR and recruitment within a Retail environment.



Responsibilities include:



· To provide an expert HR service to Store Managers and employees within their specific functional areas e.g. recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, manpower planning and employee development etc

· To support the interface between Learning & Development and Reward and Recognition teams to ensure that HR works as an integrated function in developing solutions to meet business needs

· To lead Store Managers in driving through the performance driven culture and to provide advice and guidance on all performance related issues

· Assist in implementation of organisational change through the advice on and application of appropriate change management practices

· To liaise closely with employee services team to ensure that all administration processes are dealt with speedily and accurately

· Work with all colleagues within Operational HR to ensure consistency of approach and to build an integrated and professional HR function

· To co-ordinate retail payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of salary and bonus schemes for all own retail employees
