Basic upto 35k, commission, bonus and team commission.
OTE 80K

They are looking to recruit a manager to a busy successful industrial/Engineering recruitment desk and recruitment team.

· Looking to hire a manager with previous experience of managing, motivating and mentoring a team. T
· The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales management.
· The candidate should display specific examples of managing accounts, winning new business, motivating staff and time managing themselves as a billing manager.

With state of the art offices, state of the art recruitment software and excellently trained administrational support.
