Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant working within an innovative and rapidly growing teacher recruitment business.

The Role:
A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual is now required to join a rapidly expanding independent Education Recruitment Specialist.
The Recruitment Consultant position involves generating new business with schools, establishing positive working relationships with clients and teachers, managing the recruitment process, working to KPI’s and interviewing teachers face to face. In addition to these duties the role also involves adhering to compliancy requirements, the continual development of market knowledge and the proactive management of both teacher recruitment and school marketing campaigns.

An innovative independent Education Recruitment Specialist who operates a network of regional branches and possesses an enviable reputation within the industry. Creative and dynamic in their approach to recruitment solutions and candidate generation and retention.
