Description		Commercial Perms Recruitment Consultant + Up to �22,000 Basic + Attractive Commission Structure + Free Car Parking + Other Company Benefits + Training & Career Progression Our client is a leading independent recruitment consultancy with 3 offices in the South East who specialise in providing staff, for both temporary and permanent positions within the commercial sector. They are currently looking for a Commercial Perms Consultant to join their team in Windsor. The desk already exists so the role will involve account management of their existing clients but will predominately focus on attracting new business from client companies by using sales, business development and marketing techniques. You will also screen candidates through interviewing and selecting suitable candidates to put forward to client companies. The Ideal candidate will have a strong background within the Commercial Recruitment Sector although all sector experience will be considered. You will enjoy responsibility and working in a high pressure environment, have good interpersonal and communication skills, be a good team player, proactive and be able to handle multiple priorities working to your own set targets.
