Description		NorthgateArinso are UK Leaders in providing HR, Payroll and Pensions software, outsourcing and information technology services to FTSE 100 and small and medium clients. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you would be providing a full-cycle, professional recruitment service to a range of our clients. This role would be based out of Peterborough and it would be expected that you would work from the office 2 days per week and visit clients for 3 days per week. You would assist and work with key contacts in the delivery of specific projects on behalf of clients and support Recruitment Administrators with client queries as appropriate. You would be responsible for hands-on delivery of recruitment services including: establishing compliant recruitment methods including, direct, internal, referral and PSL. specifying vacancies, writing advertisements managing, co-ordinating and facilitating assessment days organising and running career fairs reviewing and screening applications, organising and conducting interivews and recommending candidates to clients conducting structured / competency based interviews (Telephone and face to face) on an as needs basis Provide feedback to applicants, hiring managers, agencies etc Liaise with Hiring Managers to agree recruitment strategy Continuously seek opportunities to improve the service You will also undertake ad hoc projects. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You will have a proven ability to fill high level / hard to fill vacancies You will have experience with Head Hunting You will have put together specialist marketing and advertising campaigns / solutions for managers / clients Visited Senior Managers on client sites on a regular basis Designed and ran assessment centres Have the ability to identify sales opportunities and have been involved with pitching for additional business. You would provide advice and guidance based on Recruitment best practice, market conditions, best candidates and generally facilitate the recruitment process by working with and "managing" the Hiring Manager. You should have a good working knowledge of current employment (recruitment related) legislation and legal Right to Work in UK Guidelines. Guide clients on its implementation and use and update clients on any changes.
