Description		STR are currently recruiting for an HR Co-ordinator for a FMCG company based in the South East of England. The successful candidate will provide a customer focused and professional HR service across the UK commercial and Logistics Divisions and sites within the company in accordance with the ongoing needs of the company's business. They will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are successfully met to company and customer standards. They will also be responsible for managing an effective process of HR administration that provides a robust infrastructure of HR information that meets the needs of the HR team and the business. The ideal candidate will have previously worked within an HR department and favourably be CCP qualified. They will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure to deadlines and good MS Excel skills. Candidates applying for the position must have a full UK driving licence, own transport and be willing to work additional hours as necessary to achieve the required performance objectives. STR Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
