THE BACKGROUND This is a unique opportunity to join this forward thinking organisation and promote and deliver a client focused and highly professional operational HR service that will play a pivotal role in the future development of the business. You will be Warrington based but cover their 8 sites across the North of the UK, providing responsive, high quality specialist advice to managers and directors. This is a generalist role covering the whole HR spectrum with a specific focus on HR Policy Development, Performance Management and Succession Planning. You will also be involved in future projects from talent management, to implementing change programmes. THE PERSON You will be CIPD qualified with the ability to apply your HR knowledge to contribute to organisational effectiveness. From a technical background you will have a proven track record in successfully leading process improvement initiatives for performance management. With previous multi-site experience you will be business focussed and have lots of drive and energy to make things happen.
