Description Better Healthcare Services is a leading nursing and care provider with a regional network of nurses and healthcare assistants throughout East Anglia.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in both our Cambridge and also Peterborough offices for a Recruitment Consultant or Manager

We are looking for a good business developer, someone who is not scared to pick up the phone and build business with existing clients as well as bringing in new ones within the healthcare sector.

Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills are essential. You will need to be tenacious, have the ability to think laterally and work very quickly to achieve your goals.

Experience either within recruitment OR healthcare is essential.
