Your Profile With recruitment experience ideally from the Pharma or Healthcare recruitment sectors, although any recruitment sectors will be considered, you are looking to further your recruitment sales career within a market leading recruitment company. You will already be, or are looking to become a manager. You are a professional, highly competitive yet grounded and team orientated individual with a grounded personality and want a company where your hard work will be rewarded within a down to earth and autonomous culture. The Role Managing a team of two consultants within one of the company's most successful divisions, you will be working on both contract and permanent recruitment. Working within a diverse and lively recruitment environment you will be responsible for recruiting candidates in to permanent high-level jobs within the Pharma and Life Sciences industry on a 360-degree recruitment basis working with well-known blue chip clients! Using an extensive database of candidates you will keep in regular contact to negotiate new and existing contracts and remuneration packages.
