My client represents the highest profile UK based and International companies at Board level, working exclusively on a retained basis. They only deal with companies within the top half of the FTSE100 and equivalently positioned institutions globally. Specialising within the IT recruitment sector, there is an immediate opportunity for a graduate calibre recruitment researcher/Resourcer to come on board and work alongside some of the best IT recruiters in the industry.
As a graduate trainee recruitment researcher, you will be working as a Researcher within a pooled resource unit working with all of the company`s partners. Responsibilities will include utilising desk research techniques to identify new individuals as directed, assist in the preparation of Assignment Specifications as directed, Name gathering and initial research calls on retained mandates, liaison with clients as appropriate and attendance/involvement at candidate interviews as appropriate.
To be successful as a graduate trainee recruitment researcher, you will possess an excellent academic background to degree level or above with at least two years commercial work experience in a fast paced sales environment. An inquiring mind and strong networking skills are pre-requisites for this position
