Description Restructure and growth have resulted in the creation of this role within our client’s Cambridge site.

Reporting to the HR Director and alongside another HR BP, this role will act as the key ‘go to’ person for their business area. Areas such as Competency Frameworks, Performance Management and broad Benefits will focus high on the agenda and you will be responsible for supporting Heads of in business divisions employing c200 high technical staff.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced individual able to deliver a consultative HR service to their internal customer and having already operated in a senior HR role within a variety of business settings.CIPD qualification/equivalent is essential.
