They have rapidly expanded over the last 10 years to 30+ locations. The healthcare brand is supplying recruitment solutions for Nurses and care workers. Our clients supply to many large NHS trusts across the UK as well as privately run nursing homes and care institutions. ROLE The Cambridge office has just opened (Jan 08) and they already have a solid business base within the NHS. You will use your new business development skills to rapidly grow a profitable desk. IDEAL CANDIDATE � Ideally have had previous experience in Healthcare Recruitment � Be confident in assessing Clients requirements and providing a high quality and professional service � Be capable of realising the career aspirations of your Candidates and place them in a role that will provide them with job satisfaction � Competent at developing new business by canvassing and visiting potential new Clients to outline the professional services you are able to supply � Able to demonstrate that you can build and develop increasing levels of business utilising you client service skills and the ability to retain and attract a large team of reliable workers If, after submitting your CV, you have not heard from us within 4 working days then unfortunately we are unable to consider you for this position.
