Description		Job Title: Regional HR Advisor (Retail) Location: Covering West of England & Wales (From Cumbria down to Cornwall) Candidates will be covering the West Side of England & Wales from Cumbria down to Cornwall so candidates must be prepared to travel within this area. Salary: Competitive Salary + car + benefits Our client has over 400 stores throughout the UK and employ over 3,500 people. Their markets cover areas as diverse as High Street, Tourist and Destination Sites, and its this variety of location and the products they provide that helps contribute to an annual turnover of �185 Million. They are now looking for a Regional HR Advisor to cover the West of England & Wales. There will also be a need to visit the companies head office in Langholm, Dumfriesshire once a fortnight or as needed. Job Description: As a Regional HR Advisor you will provide a proactive, timely and cost effective human resource service. Reporting into the HR Director and supporting the Regional Managers and field team, you�ll deliver a comprehensive HR service to a number of stores. As a true HR business partner with a full generalist remit you will be experienced in employment law and employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment (Store and Assistant Managers), selection and succession planning and training and development. You will be of a tenacious and resilient nature with the ability to empathise whilst solving. The successful candidate will have gained their HR experience within retail or similar customer facing business � ideally within a multi-site role. Above all you must be able to show you can deliver innovative and creative solutions to respond to the business. In addition you will be highly motivated and enthused by this opportunity. Skills required: �Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years HR experience in a retail or similar customer facing environment �Must be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own �Will have strong generalist skills and a commercial awareness of business and HR needs �Will be a strong leader and communicator �Will have enthusiasm, commitment and energy �Ideally candidate will be CIPD qualified or part qualified Candidate must have a full and valid driving license and be prepared to travel.
