ROLE This is a business development based role which requires; high levels of client & candidate contact, bringing on new and developing existing business, candidate attraction & networking, response management, interviewing and managing your own sales pipeline. All supported by excellent time management ability. IDEAL CANDIDATE � 12 months in Permanent Recruitment or 24 months in any Recruitment environment � Preferably in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical market place � Full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle � Preferably with experience in selling and delivering Retained campaigns � Excellent Communication skills and ability to negotiate If, after submitting your CV, you have not heard from us within 4 working days then unfortunately we are unable to consider you for this position.
