It is not necessary to have any previous sales experience or any previous experience in recruitment but to possess ambition and desire to develop your career in recruitment. Relationship building with clients through providing high quality and relevant applicants is an important aspect of the business as well as building and maintaining relationships with applicants through successful placements.
