Description Acorn Recruitment is looking for an HR Administrator for their client based in Chipping Sodbury. The Administrative Assistant supports the HR Coordinator in administrative tasks such as producing offer letters, induction packs and generic letters, processing new starter records, vacancy advertisements, personnel changes, as well as providing excellent telephone support.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·Production of HR letters/communications such as offer letters, change of terms and conditions letters, responses to queries etc.
·Maintenance of HR database records including allocation of employee numbers and job codes
·Compensation and benefits administration e.g. car allowances, family friendly policies, relocation, eye care scheme, childcare, long service award
·Provide management information as required for internal reporting e.g. sickness absence analysis, relocation spend, training activity or external reporting e.g. national statistics, external training body
·Maintain performance management records
·On line induction record keeping
·Compliance record keeping
·Update and maintain structure charts
·Verify and process invoices from external suppliers and assessors and training expenses
·Assist Compensation and Benefits Manager with preparation and implementation of incentive and bonus schemes, salary reviews, sharesave etc.
·General administrative support.

Therefore the successful candidate will be highly IT proficient and will either have had prior HR administration experience or will be a good administrator with experience in a busy working environment.

The role attracts very good benefits including a sickness scheme and a pension scheme after 6 months service, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and an annual bonus scheme.
