Description		STR are currently recruiting for an HR Co-ordinator for a manufacturing company based near Portsmouth. The successful HR Co-ordinator will be responsible for providing a generalist HR service to managers and employees across the business. Key responsibilities will include; dealing with sickness, absenteeism, grievances and disciplinary proceedings.They will also be monitoring KPI's across the business. Recruitment will also be part of their remit and they will be recruiting staff, preparing job descriptions, dealing with employment agencies and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate will be a CIPD graduate looking for their first HR role or a candidate with HR experience looking to progress their career into a generalist advisory role. They will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure to deadlines and good MS Excel skills.
