Description		Job Title: HR Manager Business Partner Approach Salary: c�40,000 � c�45,000 + Bens Location: East Midlands Ref: 18260/RP The Background With an impressive track record and further growth and development plans for the future, this household company name employing several thousand employees across numerous sites within the UK is currently seeking an equally impressive HR professional to work within their head office environment and provide a commercially focused, business partner style HR service to a specific client group. The Role A generalist role in the true sense this role will provide �stretch and challenge� for an ambitious HR professional seeking to really progress their career. Working at management level the successful candidate will provide HR services within a demanding, challenging and evolving business. Key result areas will include; The decisive implementation of robust HR processes Influencing and instigating the continuous development of the division Delivery of high-level advice, guidance and support to senior management Driving change management initiatives aimed at improving performance across the organisation, maximising profitability and improving processes Recruitment, Talent Management and succession planning with a focus on performance management and developing individual capability The Person With a professional, client focused approach you will be adept at influencing at all levels, with a robust character and the ability to effectively and quickly respond to differing needs, providing creative solutions in line with the needs of the business. In addition to these qualities you are likely to have proven generalist HR experience and the ability to partner with managers and stakeholders to deliver an outstanding HR service. Having worked within a corporate environment within a truly fast paced, demanding and results driven environment (e.g. FMCG, Retail, Logistics) where the need for a range of talents and attributes is key.
