The Insurance & Financial Services division provides dedicated teams, recruiting solely in general insurance, loss-adjusting, financial services and actuarial ROLE Working within a fast-paced sales environment, you will be responsible for managing your own desk with emphasis on developing strong business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process in terms of generating and interviewing applicants, visiting clients, and providing exemplary customer service. You will be working with a combination of inherited, warm business contacts as well as being responsible for new business development. CANDIDATE � Previous Recruitment Consultant experience, (ideally in a perms background) with proven track record of success � You will be enthusiastic and focused with strong communication skills and be able to hit the ground running. � Experience of Finance sector preferred although other sector experience will be considered � You can demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment sales � You will be determined to succeed, target-oriented and have exceptional account management skills If, after submitting your CV, you have not heard from us within 4 working days then unfortunately we are unable to consider you for this position.
