Description		Recruitment Account Manager, Business and IT Recruitment, Wilmslow, to �25k, OTE �40k Your Profile As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, are you fed up with Business Development, KPI's and Micromanagement? If so, then this is the perfect Recruitment opportunity for you. Ideally you will have Recruitment experience or strong Business to Business Sales experience, but most importantly evidence that you have built, developed and maintained successful accounts. Your clients will know you as an excellent communicator and rapport builder with the drive to provide the best possible service and achieve the best results. You will be high achiever with proof of billings in your previous Recruitment role(s). You will be intelligent, credible and confident with the ability to liaise with clients and candidates at a senior level. A business-related degree would also be advantageous although not essential for this role. The Role As a Recruitment Account Manager you will have a dedicated resourcer and will be allocated up to 10 key accounts across the UK, working on Management Consultant, Project Management and Program Management roles within a variety of Industry Sectors. Your responsibility will be to understand your clients thoroughly, matching the right candidates to their requirements and spotting opportunities for further business development within your designated accounts.
