Currently they employ over 500 staff, trade in the Industrial, Commercial, Construction, Technical, Education & Healthcare sectors with over 90 profit centers. They have invested wisely in the latest IT software systems that genuinely reduce excessive administration and provides innovative and effective communication options. THE ROLE You will be responsible for growing your own desk and to open new accounts across your chosen geographical area. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Have a successful and stable history of delivering results as a Recruitment Consultant within this chosen sector � ideally billing 120k++ MUST a proven track record of new business development, both face to face and over the phone You may have experience of starting a new desk You will be used to working to and exceeding targets Be motivated by working in a strong bonus environment Have your own transport Be of a smart & professional appearance Live within a sensible commute of this location YES Rec2Rec has successfully placed over 550 recruitment professionals in the last four years and currently have 1700 live vacancies across the UK.
