CLIENT

Our Client has been established for over 20 years with a growing number of offices UK based with a strong presence in Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Technical and Sales. As their next stage of expansion they seek to attract talented individuals.

ROLE

Reporting into the Regional Manager you will take over a Healthcare Recruitment office that requires a strong manager to build on the business foundations already in place. You will inherit a Temps Consultant and new and very promising Perms Consultant and a branch Administrator. The business is currently servicing a major private contract, a local authority account and a number a smaller accounts. Your key task will be to realise the potential for growth across a substantial geographical area, ensure a high service offering in line with the Care standards act. (Please note they do not supply into the Dom Care sector.)

IDEAL CANDIDATE

**You will have a proven track record of business management within a Healthcare Management role (Preferably in the Recruitment Industry)
**Be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver budged profit margins, retain and develop strong performing Consultants
**Have an all round business acumen that covers Sales, Service and Staff development along with high standards of compliance/administration
**You should be able to demonstrate substantial experience of personal supervision as well as previous involvement in the development of services and service standards
**It is also essential that you are able to clearly identify risk and act accordingly
**Hold a full UK driving licence and live within a sensible commute of Reading
